Computer
Facilities
The law
school is equiped with over 50 lab computers running WindowsXP. All of
our computers are kept up to date by maintaining a three year
replacement cycle. In fact, most of our computers were upgraded just
last year. Our larger classrooms contain a teaching station with built
in technology to aid in class presentations. Wireless Internet is
available for laptop users and there are also network ports available
for those who do not have a wireless card. All students receive a
personal email account, as well as access to Lexis and Westlaw computer
research.
Career
Opportunities
The School of Law's placement statistic is impressive: an average 96
percent of the last three classes obtained employment within six months
of graduation. The Cooperative Legal Education Program signficantly
contributes to this placement success. On average, 40 percent of
Northeastern law students accept post-graduate employment offers with a
former co-op employer.
