The offices of Cooperative Legal Education and Career Services share a combined resource room that is adjacent to their office suite. It is open the same hours as the law library; call (617) 373-3332 for this information. Students or graduates wishing to use the room after hours must show a valid NUSL I.D. or be able to identify that they are a graduate of the School of Law. Co-op resources include the Employer Handbooks and Files.

Staff

The office works with both employers and students in the job acquisition process. It develops co-op opportunities and collects information from employers, as well as counsels students on all aspects of their co-op experience, from job selection strategy to succeeding in the workplace. The office also conducts a yearlong orientation to co-op for first-year students, including programs on the mechanics of co-op, panels on the practice of law, and presentations on supervision and professional responsibility.
