The Office of Career Services, in collaboration with the Office of
Cooperative Legal Education, helps students
and graduates with all phases of short-term and long-term career planning.
In addition to providing guidance, information and support, we provide a
welcoming and safe place to discuss career-related issues and concerns. Our
goal is to motivate students and graduates to be actively engaged in the
career planning process and to take responsibility for making satisfying
career choices.
Our placement rate is consistently
strong, and, on average, 40 percent of students accept post-graduate
employment with one of their former co-op employers Northeastern graduates
work in the United States and abroad in careers that reflect the depth and
breadth available to individuals who look for challenge, stimulation,
meaning and satisfaction in their lives. Our graduates work in law firms,
legal services offices, the judiciary, government, public interest
organizations and business. They have represented some of the highest
profile clients in the country and the least visible members of our
society.
