INFORMATION
Student
Directory: Each quarter the office compiles a student directory
from information furnished on the first-year class student locator forms,
from the address cards completed by upper-level students when picking up
exam numbers, and from the completed upper-level registration forms. If
a student does not wish to have her or his address and/or telephone number
published in the directory, please notify the Office of Academic and Student
Affairs in writing.
Locker
Assignments: The office assigns lockers. Locker assignments for
first-year students are from fall through spring quarters. Lockers are
only available to students who are in school. Lockers are cleaned during
vacation breaks between quarters. Therefore, it is imperative that students
clean out their lockers when instructed to do so because items left in
lockers after the clean out date will be discarded.
Room
Reservations: The office maintains the master calendar of rooms
to book for classes, meetings, etc. See any Academic and Student Affairs
staff member to reserve rooms.
Commencement:
The Office of Academic and Student Affairs provides the University Registrar
with the list of students for May, September and January commencements.
The office clears each student by ensuring that copies of all course and
co-op evaluations are on record in the student's file, and that all law
school requirements are fulfilled. The office also provides students with
a form to complete indicating how you wish your name to appear on your
diploma. This form is available in the Office of Academic and Student Affairs
(or click here to download). Completed
forms are due to the office during the winter quarter of the student's
third year.
