Important Information About Financial Aid:  For financial aid purposes, an academic year runs from the Summer through the Spring.  You cannot receive financial aid for more than two academic quarters in a given year.  Thus, your financial aid may be affected by this change if your request is granted and results in your having three academic quarters within such year.  It is your responsibility to contact the proper offices on campus to determine the implications of such a change.

Please Note:  A request to change division (rotation) is granted based on compelling need.  However, when the number of students in each rotation becomes significantly unbalanced and the request is to switch into the larger of the two rotations, students are advised that the impact of granting such a request involves both class size and limited enrollment courses.  Specifically, classes in the larger rotation may be larger than usual and your ability to enroll in limited enrollment courses will be affected.  When such a request is granted, you may be placed at the end of the wait list for any over-subscribed limited enrollment course in which you register for that quarter.
